I was born in Reggio Emilia on 11/10/1959, and live in the city of Emilia and Pesaro. Already since 1978 I began working as a journalist (Admitted to professional since 1982). While continuing the occasional business journalism for some newspapers and publishing organizations (radio, TV and magazines) assuming the role of the planning manager and director, 28 years after studies in the United States of America at Wagner College in New York , I go back to Italy and start the business.

 

My professional experience is primarily in the communications, marketing and services. I have skills related to the world of business, counseling and, as always, an innate creative spirit in interpreting the needs of the community, focusing on the business but, favoring the quality and customer satisfaction.

In 1987 constitutes "ProntAssistenza" one of the first companies in Italy to private services for home care to elderly, sick and disabled. The innovative formula and the organization 24 hours 24, allows the company to develop in a short time, an interesting turnover and become an important landmark for the city of Reggio Emilia;

 

in the years 1988 and 1989 are open seats Scandiano (the most important town of the province of Reggio Emilia) and in the city of Parma;

 

in 1989 he founded "Coopassistance" social cooperative of which he became vice president and general manager for play also social services and health care, in agreement and contract to public and private land. The cooperative, thanks to a proper promotion, is awarded the management of some nursing homes and home care services of the cheese;

 

in 1990 following the results Tacchini first develops the idea of opening all over Italy, with franchising, service companies to provide care to the person;

 

in 1993 after extensive market research and industry studies, he founded "Italiassistenza", taking on the presidency and general management with the aim of establishing a single brand (PRIVATASSISTENZA) the first national network of franchised home care to elderly, sick and disabled. The commercial format entails looking for affiliates that following a specific training and education, open in their locality, operating points with an identification mark by following carefully the procedures and quality standards previously defined by the parent in a contract territory. Membership in the "Trading system" provides an entrance fee and royalties on sales;

 

Tacchini opens in 1993 in Parma "New Services" one of the first companies in Italy authorized by the Ministry of Communications for the services of private Post;

 

in 1993, provides advice to the feasibility study and the subsequent opening in Reggio Emilia a health baby-setting with the name "Hello Baby" and one of the first marriage agencies authorized by the Prefecture;

 

in 1994 was founded the social cooperative SAI to national interests and Tacchini assumes the position of Chairman of the board and the role do general manager.

 

In the same year, thanks to the know how and the organization of the two economic realities, the group also grows with the implementation of its own operations center in operation with operators "hands-free" 24 hours 24.

 

Tacchini founded in 1995 A.N.A.P. association with the national interest with the aim of involving the new realities Italian working in the field of home care private and protect the common interests;

 

Tacchini in 1996 abandons the offices and shareholdings in other companies and is completely dedicated to the development of the franchise network PRIVATASSISTENZA;

 

in 1996 he founded "NuovAssistenza" and assume the leadership, a newspaper (House-organ) to develop at the affiliated network continuous information on the activities of the world social welfare and health care;

 

Tacchini in 1996 promotes the establishment of As.IP Professional Association of Professional Nurses to develop nursing activities to support and integration of care services and in the procurement of the affiliated network of social cooperative;

 

in 1998 intensifies the desire to develop the brand's franchise network by purchasing advertising space on Mediaset (Canale 5 and Rete 4). Simultaneously relies a professional task to search for an industrial partner and / or sponsor to support the growth of the group; over the years develop business collaborations and partnership deals with leading national and multinational companies in the insurance industry, pharmaceutical, industrial and financial;

 

in 2000, after some negotiations with leading Italian and foreign groups interested in the affiliated network the mother house is transformed into a limited company with the advent of social capital. Tacchini remains president and general manager of the Group;

 

in the same year is a new company formed HOME CARE social cooperative, as the pilot point in Reggio Emilia, for the testing and verification services group. Tacchini and assume the presidency and the office of general manager;

 

in 2003 is made up of the national consortium PRIVATASSISTENZA. Turkeys is president and general manager. The consortium is responsible for the general contractor for tenders by the accession of affiliate offices and other socio-sanitare local;

 

since 1993 have been opened more than 100 franchise locations, with thousands of local reps, medical conventions, and relationships with dozens of Italian and foreign insurance companies. Over the years, various activities are carried out in collaboration with leading companies in the industry as well as pharmaceutical companies for the administration blinded of new drugs;

 

in 2003 Tacchini decides, keeping the corporate shares and the posts of chairman of the Group, to develop new business initiatives in the field of autonomous communication, home-care and business consultancy;

 

in the same year is made up H.d.S. Ltd. (short for Holding the Services) for the development of services in the field of communication with the brand Informedia, consulting business with the brand Tacchini & Partners and in the organization of events with the brand Events.

 

Tacchini  in 2006 definitively leaves the Group "PRIVATASSISTENZA" putting the administrative positions in various companies, cooperatives and consortiums, resigned voluntarily resigned not sharing with the social structure, the choices and strategies for which he had founded the company.

 

Ltd. was established in 2008 Sanitas whose members are Massimo Tacchini, the son Gian Marco and HDS srl. The aim of the company is to develop projects in Italy and abroad social care and health residential and semi-residential for elderly and dependent persons. In addition to networks of home care under the registered trademark "Sanitas" and the brand "Support at Home."

 

In the same year formed Sumisura srl communications company whose social structure is formed by his friend and colleague Massimiliano Ranellucci (former Head of Press and Communications ASL Modena) and the company HDS srl.

 

Was established in 2009, between H.d.S. Ltd., Adrio Vezzani and Massimiliano Ranellucci, now Hamm Ltd. for the development, in collaboration with a group of lawyers, a pilot project related to the advice of court. A properly set up shop across street, which offers low-cost and within 24 hours, legal opinions on various issues.

 

 

2010 - present

develops activities for the management of press offices and communication;

realized at the Fiere di Reggio Emilia, the first Italian event for services and products aimed at the person from the first to the fourth age;

won tenders for the management of social services;

realizes journalistic and editorial pages in the healthcare sector;

develops a project for a periodic socio-health at medical clinics;

studies and develops a project for the export of wine grastronomici in USA with the opening of outlets and tasting franchise;
